This is the part most quotes hide. A new business package is $699, a custom multi page site starts at $1,495, and here is what moves a job between them.

Things that cost extra
Being straight about this up front is cheaper for both of us than finding out in week two.
If you hand me your words, they go in. If you want me to write them, it moves the number up a little and the quote says so. Most people underestimate how long good copy takes.
I can work with what you have, source stock, or tell you honestly that you need real photos of your actual work. For trades especially, real photos outperform anything I can buy.
Doable, and worth it for some businesses. It moves the number up a step because it adds a system that has to be tested properly, not just dropped in.
Usually $12 to $20 a year, paid by you, in your name. I will not hold your domain hostage and you should not let anyone else do it either.
Registered non-profits pay half on any build. Ask and I will confirm it in writing.
Small extras
Small, priced once, and none of them are required. Add one to a build or ask for it on its own.
$20 a month for one post a week, or $40 a month for two. Each post is a caption and an image, yours or one I make, put up wherever you want it: Facebook, Instagram or your Google Business Profile. No video, no ad management and no replying to comments. Month to month, stop whenever.
$20, once. A short animated version of your logo for the top of your site, your socials or the start of a video. A couple of revisions included.
$5, once. Your logo redrawn as a vector file, so it stays sharp at any size, from a business card to a sign, and never goes blurry again.
